just discovered your blog. the Highlands Inn is beautiful- I looked at it a while back for a wedding. The one downside is that there is potential for heavy fog (which could also be beautiful as long as everyone is warm). You may also want to look into the Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley- it is absolutely spectacular and generally great weather.
